McMichael is the first Dolphins tight end to account for 100 receiving yards since Keith Jackson had eight catches for 109 yards and two touchdowns against San Diego in a divisional playoff game on Jan. 8, 1995.

however,

"Randy McMichael played as well as he's played," Wannstedt said. "You don't know when [Derrius'] number is going to be called. It was called today, and he responded. We tried going down the field, more probably in this game, than we had all year."
DT dropped a pass the picked off - though it was a blatant pass INT since his arm was held - still and he dropped a perfect fade into the corner after the lame Femi run and he was likely out on the deep sideline pass in OT. IMO DT still has much to prove.

P.S. anyone notice that McDrops f'd one out of bounds. Man, the guys Fs every 5x he has the ball.

one other bright spot...at their current rate the first place Pats will have Huard starting at QB, Edwards starting at HB and Raymond Claybourn and Mike Haynes starting at CBs by the time we play them in Dec :goof: it is a true war of attrition for those guys...

yeah but they're winning with their backups and it tells a lot about a team.

We didn't win with backups last year and blamed the season on that. Now we're healthy but can't really generate more than last year. Go figure.

You guys lost one game that you should have won. You guys are acting like your seasons over. Your still 4-2 and are better than the Patriots. I hate the patriots and consider them the luckiest and ugliest winning team in the NFL.

The only reason their winning is because of Belichick. He's a great coach and unlike the patriots we both have bad coaches. We both have more talent then them but the coaches on the Patriots make it up.

bates makes me want to upchuck!

Maybe the only reason they're winning is because of Bellichick, but don't forget he gave them a Superbowl.

He could again do it.

Derrius Thompson had no chance to catch that pass and stay in bounds.. Maybe Derrius would of lucked out and got a "pushed out of bounds" call on the CB, but it wouldn't of been the right call.. The pass was led too far outside.. Thompson showed he's able to make plays with tight coverage.. Alot to still prove though as you said..
