The #Dolphins re-signed RB Orleans Darkwa to the practice squad.TE Jacob Maxwell released from practice squad.

CB Cortland Finnegan is back at #Dolphins practice

The #Dolphins are going full pads today. It looks like WR Brandon Gibson is not practicing in portion open to the media.

Overall a very healthy #Dolphins team heading into Packers game. We will get first injury report today

RB Knowshon Moreno is practicing again today with the brace on his left arm.

Mike Pouncey getting reps at RG alongside RT Ja'Wuan James.

MLB Koa Misi also is practicing today. This is as healthy as Miami has been in a while.

No surprise but Philbin is talking about having Randy Starks and Koa Misi back vs Packers

Pouncey and Satele both took snaps at guard and center today. Pouncey at guard really intrigues Dolphins but Satele said "it's not done."

Dolphins WR Brandon Gibson also sat out practice today because of a hamstring injury. Jarvis Landry & Rishard Matthews both play his spot.

Samson Satele has a fibula injury from the Oakland game. His participation was limited today. Mike Pouncey's participation was not

Gibson hasn't seemed right all year, if this is related to his knee they should think about shutting him down
 
I am intrigued by Pouncey at RG. I thought he should go to C weeks ago, but I wonder how the line will do with the athletic Pouncey at Guard. The line now has a veteran face to it. Big change for months ago.
 
Glad to hear Finnegan is back to work. We are going to need a healthy, full squad in the secondary come Sunday.
 
Wide receiver Brandon Gibson is not practicing, missing work for the second time in as many practices this week. It is uncertain what Gibson is nursing but the thinking is he's still nursing the knee issue he had last year.

The injury report is coming out later today and that will give details about Gibson's injury.

Cornerback Cortland Finnegan is not practicing today. It is unclear what issue he's dealing with.

The Dolphins have been giving Jamar Taylor work in Finnegan's absense and defensive coordinator Kevin Coyle earlier this week mentioned Taylor is getting more work this week.

From the depth chart lies department we have the example of strongside linebacker. The Dolphins depth chart has Jason Trusnik as the starter at that spot. Trusnik has been a starter since the opener, taking the place of middle linebacker Koa Misi.

But Misi is back so Trusnik is not going to start there. And Jelani Jenkins, who took over for Dannell Ellerbe when he was injured and went on injured reserve, is in fact the next man up at strongside linebacker ahead of Trusnik.

So Jenkins likely keeps that job although Trusnik is listed on the depth chart as the starter.

So do we expect Moreno to get full reps vs Packers?

I also am intrigued....I did support this move after week 1...of course it was dependent on Satele's continued good play.

I think this could be huge .
 
It's so weird saying this but, we FINALLY have the luxury of sitting a player like Gibson so he can heal properly.

I can't remember the last time we had quality depth at WR.
 
Pouncey hasn't played G in a few years, so there might be a couple game adjustment, but I imagine he won't be worse than Dallas Thomas even in his first action, and the upside is tremendous.
 
Expanded role for Landry this Sunday - with Dude nursing his body - Landry could catch 6 balls
