10 Best - Running Backs in Miami History

Don Nottingham and Norm Bulash, both coming over from Baltimore Colts, had a few useful years in the 70s. I keep thinking back to David Overstreet's potential
David Overstreet showed his talent against Seattle in that 1984 playoff game. Unfortunately he was killed in that car accident during the off season.

last game of the season where he was ripping the pats for 7 yards a clip and needing to get a couple first downs to milk the clock and get off of our own 1 yard line we inexplicably threw 3 passes (all incomplete) instead of handing the ball to him? A shanked 18 yard punt later and NE Field goal, followed by an OT kickoff out of bounds and a game we dominated for 57 minutes was lost - and with it the division title and playoff birth. Holy run on sentence. That game was the biggest epic fail and epitomized the Wannschmuck era. Ability to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.
