1) I'm pretty satisfied over the team we're going to field comes september. My only remaining concern is stopping the inside running game as we are status quo from last year. Fergerson is getting up there in age and Paul well... big question mark IMO.

2) If Jason Allen gets is act together, the future looks bright as our top 3 future CB's are over 6 feet and all weigh over 200 pounds... Add Wilson and Bell to the mix and you have yourself an intimidating secondary.

3) The big question these days is wether Pat White will take Ronnie's place in the Wildcat. There were 2 different sets that were called the Wildcat last season. The one where Ronnie lines up behind center with an unbalenced line and Ricky coming in motion as the center snaps wich in my mind is the real one. The other one was just Ronnie taking the snaps from the shotgun with ricky lined up next to him. My guess is Ronnie will still run the real one most of the time while Pat will take over the shotgun option.

4) It wouldnt surprise me if White won the offensive rookie of the year. If and its the ''big if'' kind, Pat has any success running whatever they have in the waiting for him, it will be broadcasted all over the place because of the hype buildind up from last year's Wildcat, more exposure is a good thing to have on your side in these awards.

5) NE 3rd rounder done for the season... Dont want to sound like an ******* so I'll let you figure out what I think about this one.

6) I dont get why Jason Taylor says he would likely retire if the Jests were his last option. I mean whats the difference, hatred level wise, between the Pats and the freakin' jets? I know he's in love with Brady but what does it have to do with anything? At least Zach new the anwser to that question.

7) Between the 3 QBs and the one that just left, I have/had no favorite. That being said, I hope Chad Pennington starts because he gives us the clearer anwser as to who gives us the better chance to win... We've had way to many question marks lately and I'd rather have a weak arm that wins than a cannon arm maybe. This could change during training camp.

8) Between the 2 RBs we have I have no favorite. Maybe I do but I really hope Ronnie stays healthy for the whole season and prove all the people I've been arguing with right. I really want to eat my crow on this one, They're calling you elite Ronnie, its time to prove them right!

9) Ginn plays a new position in the wildcat this year, he replaces Chad Pennington at WR. Sounds good to me.

10) Cam Wake. Maybe he's the defensive Bess this year. If he is, All the opposing offenses have left is the run between the tackles. Ok maybe I'm pushing it but hey...

Because it's the Jest! They're pretty much the worst franchise in the history of organized sports!

These are about my feelings as well. I am looking forward to watching TC and pre-season to see who emerges. I think the Dolphins need to start fast or they're sunk with their tough schedule. We need to field a coherent and focused team for game 1. Having Penny all off-season and TC will help a lot I think. This could be the year we REALLY surprise everyone.

I disagree with you. You don’t think those things at all.

Also I think since this is the second year our offense has been together, it will be awesome to watch. This is what? the first time in 8 years that we have had the same offense on the field from the year before? I like the chemistry and believe we will finish top 10 in the league.

I think the biggest single event has been the establishment of our new offensive line.
the Orca-5: Long-Smiley-Grove-Thomas-Carey
will allow the running game to blossom & from that the passing game
the second biggest is the acquisition of WildCatPat
Chad Pennington should have a banner year!

our DefensiveBackfield & LB'ing Corp & ST's, all significantly upgraded

looks good to me :D

Re: #3- Isn't it a given that PW will take RB's place in the wildcat? The biggest issue imo was the lack of efficient or even attempted throwing out of the wildcat- after the pats TD it was all run run run. Ergo Pat White, who should balance it all out. If you don't have a distinct threat of passing out of the wildcat, what's the point of having it?

Ronnie stayed healthy all last season. I do not see any reason why he can not do it this year.

with this improved o-line ronnie will have alot more room to run. he will have more momentum on any impacts. so will the defenders. the team will probably run the bll alot more because running will be easier this season. all those extra carries are extra chances of getting hurt. dont get me wrong. i certainly dont want him to get hurt. it just seems more likely compared to last season. i see him doing less tricky stuff, and more pounding up the middle, this season.

i wonder what the teams weakness(es) will be this year. the staff seems to have addressed all of the biggest weaknesses from last season.

id go with the safe bet on our passing game being our biggest weakness. only because of penny's limit and lack of a proven, big threat reciever.

Dude, you know that our passing game was pretty much in the top ten in all catagories last year? I don't see that changing.

The only area that concerns me as a potential weakness is our run defense. That of course is assuming our secondary additions take hold.
