Kevin White fits the Dolphins best among first-round receivers this year and should be their first-round pick, as well as Tannehill's new best friend if available.
- Very physical, he can fight for the ball
-has great vision after the catch (producing YAC) which is valued in Bill Lazor's offense.
-is a pretty good run-blocker.
-At 6'3" and 210 lbs, White would be the biggest target for Ryan Tannehill on the field
-great leaping ability will help especially in the red-zone and on jump balls
-stellar hands
-White is the big-bodied receiver Miami’s offense could use on the perimeter.
- He's almost, unguardable and has drawn more pass interference flags than any other receiver in college football
-With Wallace’s speed, Jarvis Landry’s hands and toughness in the slot, White could fit in well.
-He’s dominant: He has get body control and strength in the air to high point any poorly thrown ball.

Am not even going to bother you all with any stupid mocks or man crush list of players. All I want for Miami is a game changer on offense or defense but I have seen this guy play 4 times and I can certainly tell you that he is everything the Dolphins lacks and needs. For me, the 14th pick of the 2015 draft has come down to Kevin White or Danny Shelton. These guys are truly elite. If they are gone trade down and or out of the 1st round. Period.

FYI: AM HEARING MICHEAL CRABTREE TO MIAMI.

Gurley, Parker, White are who I want. I want to see us spend a first rounder on an offensive skill position.

Kevin White would be a great fit for Tannehill.

As I've said on other threads, Tannehill is good at throwing direct laser beams, but is bad at arcing a deep ball into a fast bucket. So in order for Tannehill to threaten deep, our outside WRs should be strong catch radius guys who excel at catching a contested low trajectory 40 yd pass while facing the QB. Like a young Larry Fitzgerald. Kevin White comes pretty close.

There's a good chance that Mike Wallace is gone.

So if our offensive skill players are..

WR: Kevin White, Michael Crabtree, Jarvis Landry (slot)
TE: Charles Clay, Dion Sims
RB: Lamar Miller, Damien Williams

I think we'll be in good shape.

Dont forget he can block dominate defensive tackles and play multiple position along the line.

...oh, hes not an offensive lineman? Sorry, hes not a fit for the Miami Dolphins.

He does not have Mike Wallace's speed . . . let's get real here.

He could easily run a 4.6 and it wouldn't be a huge surprise.

That said, I agree, he'd be a great addition to the team . . . . with Mike Wallace opposite of him. He's exactly the type of WR you need opposite a guy like Mike Wallace and a great target for Tannehill.

I pretty much agree....however.... I would say trade down to the late first round.....as DGB has rare skills, and the top DT's will be gone by round 2.

The third player I would take at 14 is Landon Collins.... Great safties are valuable.

I don't think the OP meant to imply White has Wallace's speed... he was saying adding White to a receiving corp that would include Wallace's speed on the outside and Landry in the slot. At least that's the way I read it. However, I do understand how it could be read both ways.

"With Wallace’s speed, Jarvis Landry’s hands and toughness in the slot, White could fit in well."

I'm on board with White.... IF Shelton isn't there.

Both special players that will light the NFL up. When you're talking about a 1st round pick these are the players I want to see drafted. No projects or injured iffy picks this year. Straight star players, hickey.

NIce, I like !

I would be happy with White, but don't get consumed by offense. Defense is still the number 1 priority. Have some of you guys forgotten about the last 4 weeks of the season and Geno Smith with a perfect QBR vs our defense.
I would also point out that most teams do not have WR with Mike Wallace speed. In fact, the 2 SB participants have pretty average WRs.
Despite all the window dressing, playoff football comes down to controlling the line of scrimmage.

You can forget about DGB, it ain't gonna happen.

White sounds great and all BUT we better fix this O-line.

I would rather fix offense line thru draft and try keep wr we got... and make tannehills win us game, then would patches defense up w dt, cb, mlb thru free agent
