11/28 practice notes- Finnegan and Garner absent at practice

Nate Garner is not practicing today. He had an illness yesterday. Might be quarantined.

Finngean, who is dealing with an ankle injury, was absent at the media portion of Friday’s practice.

Offensive lineman Nate Garner, who has an illness, was also absent.

If Finngean can’t play, the Dolphins are down to R.J. Stanford, Walt Aikens or Lowell Rose as a starter on Monday.



Keep an eye on Jones and whether the Dolphins claim him, or sign him if he clear waivers.

The debate of Finnegan playing on Monday goes to is he available for Baltimore and/or New England. Very concerning.

I have not heard either way, but I rememebr Coyle referencing how Finnegan would be out awhile.

Seems like when a player hurts his ankle for us he is always out a while. Like Misi. I know it depends what type etc but we seem snake bit with injuries this year. Of course look at Bush's situation with the Lions, he can't seem to get back on the field either.

ekpre olomu is one name that i will be for damn sure having on my miami targets list come the draft...get to know him...his height means he will be in play for us when we come on the clock...and he's way better than many guys that will go in front of him...take jimmy wilsons job the moment he showed up in the building

They should sit Finnegan. If he plays at not 100% it will be too risky, we need him for Baltimore. The Jets have one of the worse passing attacks in the NFL. We can get by without Finnegan and Taylor for the Jets.

If Ryan has time, based on what the Jets secondary showed against the Bills, he should have lots of oppurtunities.

dont expect to see wilkerson and we can scheme to limit richardsons impact if he does play...honestly we should torch this team on both sides of the ball...we get after that secondary monday night and when rex blitzes cause the front isnt getting home tannehill will torch that awful secondary
