The Dolphins had some minor changes to their injury report Thursday, and the most significant involved defensive end Derrick Shelby returning to practice.
Shelby, who sustained an ankle injury in the second half of the victory against the Minnesota Vikings, was the only Dolphins player on the active roster to miss practice Wednesday.
The last change involved the nature of the injury to cornerback Cortland Finnegan, who was included on the injury report the last two days as a full participant. Finnegan’s injury was listed as an ankle Wednesday, but was changed to ankle/knee on Christmas Day.
The Jets had two changes on their injury report, the most significant being defensive lineman Muhammad Wilkerson (toe/illness) being listed as limited after not participating in practice Wednesday.
Running back Chris Ivory also was added to the injury report Thursday, listed as having limited participation with a hamstring injury.
