Dolphins starting LBs Jelani Jenkins & Kiko Alonso not practicing during open portion today.

Alonso, Jenkins and Mario Williams not practicing in part open to media at Dolphins.

I think Williams has basically given up based on his snap counts being limited for bad performance.

Abdul-Quddus (neck), WR Parker (back) wearing gold jersey, signifying no contact allowed.

Kiko Alonso is out here, but not participating. Jelani Jenkins not on the field at all.

Yup I agree that it looks like Mario has given up. After losing playing time he just mailed it in for the season. A shame that someone could care so little about his team/teammates who are fighting for the playoffs. Maybe he will be motivated and show up for the game in Buffalo, but that's highly doubtful at this point.

#Saints are planning to sign LB Travis Feeney off the #Steelers practice squad, source said, pending physical. Depth and special teams help.

We may get to this point...

For a player that most likely won't be here next year, this might be another opportunity to prove a point with another sacrificial lamb. A surprise cut of Williams might motivate the D to raise their level of play for the stretch run.

Could be worth a shot even though Mario was a respected veteran. Any extra motivation couldn't hurt, but the lack of healthy talent at LB may be too much for the defense to overcome. I doubt they will cut Mario before the season is over, but if they see that he is 100% healthy but still refusing to play then IMO he should be cut.

Sad to see a guy making that kind of money for nothing nothing

Ozzy rules!!

I was so sure Mario was gonna be a force for us. Guess even Bill's fans can be right sometimes (who knew?)

I think we may need more than 6 points this week.

Yep. Most teams not the 2000 Ravens would.

Arizona is 1-4 on the road. Their only win was at SF. In the losses they gave up 33 to Buffalo, 30 to Carolina, 30 to Minnesota, and 38 to Atlanta. Aside from Atlanta those other teams aren't juggernauts. Scoring is a must for Miami.

Miami Dolphins MLB Kiko Alonso (hamstring, thumb) is not expected to play Sunday per league source. Has not practiced this week.

Would nice to at least have Jenkins go- but that doesn't seem to be in the cards either..

defensive lb rotation this week

hull, paysinger, butler, Hewitt

I didn't watch those other games but against the Bills their offense was totally inept, 3 and out after 3 and out so imo their offense being so bad led to the Bills having a lot of opportunities to put up points. Plus they got 7 on special teams. And even though they were totally inept most of the game they still had a decent opportunity to pull out the win at the end. So no lead is safe and we better keep up with them to have a chance.

Dolphins HC Adam Gase said LB Kiko Alonso (thumb/hamstring) will be a game-time decision

Well from the coach..:idk:

... But "his body is telling him it's not where it needs to be," Gase added of Alonso.

Dolphins HC Adam Gase said they will discuss whether CB Xavien Howard (knee) will be ready to return Sunday.James Walker, ESPN Staff Writer

After watching Derrick Johnson last night pop his Achilles after playing with it sore for a while, I think we give Kiko some rest. I know 2 different but somewhat similar issues and there is an age gap, but still.....you don't want this to become an even bigger issue!
