Those are numbers by Ronnie Brown last night.

Yes his runs looked pretty good, but the stats show otherwise.

Is anyone concerned? Should you be?

Concerned for our offensive line's run-blocking, I think we are going to have trouble matching up against teams who are very strong against the run.

There was nothing really Brown could have done last night, it seemed like everytime he was handed the ball there was already a Panther or two in the backfield for him to deal with. That ain't never good.

Im not concerned. I listened to the Dolphins game radio and the OL could not open a can of beans last night let alone lanes. The left hand side of the OL got owned but when u have to take in as well that Carolina has IMO a top 3 Defensive line AND our OL is once again a new unit it will take time. Not Ronnies fault at all.

well considering he had 7 for 0 yds at one point in the game, i think its when he got stoped on 4th and goal at the 1, he ended pretty good.

:roflmao:

you didnt watch the game did you?

not concerned with ronnie... he actually impressed me with how hed have 2/3 panther defenders in the backfield practically every play yet still managed to get positive yards on most of them... ronnie is a bull

Against Carolinas defense with the way our offensive line blocked....No, I am not worried about Ronnie at all. He will be ready to go and I think he will top the 1200 yard mark this year. I also think his receiving yards will be around 200-300.

Yeah that!

Ronnie had no holes last night. They kept running him up the middle where there was no room. I think that was Saban trying to get the O-line some work on just blasting ahead against a top notch D-line. He had a little more success to the outside. I will admit that he needs a little more work on finding openings, but there is nothing to worry about. He WILL be an NFL stud, no question in my mind.

We all know Ronnie is a bull. This guy is going to punish defenses late in the 3rd and 4th quarters. That is where he will shine in my opinion.

You need to concern about the O-line...

Just some yoyo stirring the pot, trying to get us all riled up.

Ronnie is going to have a great year. Booyah

ricky would get 1450 yds behind this line.

case in point: the td that ronnie got stuffed on at the goal
line right before the half ended? the TE had the rt end completely
seeled off, all he had to do was look right and go to the end zone,
instead, he crashed into the pile up front.

you will see LOTS of that this year.

benny anderson SUCKS! and shelton should not be replacing
mcintosh. but there were holes and places to run, and a rb
like ricky would have seen them.

The OL produced no holes for any RB to run through and Ronnie's not shifty enough to make something happen out of nothing. You'd think a huge and heavy OL would be strong enough to push the DL back.

I guess you never bothered to watch the game??! The oline wasnt very good last night. I'd be willing to bet without going back and looking at the film, that half of the running plays to Ronnie were blown up right at the snap which resulted in him getting stuffed a bunch of times. For that reason, I don't think there is a reason for concern.
