16th Pick Time?

Hey everyone...i'm working tomorrow (flexible time) and was wondering how long historically (the past 2-3 years) it has taken to get to the 16th pick? 4pm? 5pm? earlier? thanks.

I would say as early as 1:30pm no later than 4pm EST.

I know that's a big time frame, but you never know, some teams may take zero time if there guy falls to them.
