i hate tv media!!! i think im gonna call myself cadillac. maybe i will get a promotion at work since its sooo catchy!

That is about as stupid a comment as from some of our fans calling RB a bust after the first two weeks...4 games into the season (well, only 3 for Caddy) is just not enough to make a reasonable decision on who is the better back...

That said, if I was drafting, I don't think I could have gone wrong with either...

they obviously did not see him blocking for frerrote, and breaking some big runs. I guess a broken cadillac can do the same thing... They are both talented, but this is like trying to compare walter payton to jim brown or something. it's a given that they were different, but would you refuse to have either of these guys in your backfield when in their prime??

"This lambourghini is nicer than this Ferrari" but i would take either one in a heartbeat!

I changed the channel as soon as they said that. They also said R&R aren't even in the top 5 HB combos. Boy I hate ESPN.

Caddy's played in 4 games.

these guys are clowns....ronnies played in every game and gotten better and better and showed hes the more complete back while caddy gets injured and is somehow so much better than ronnie.....please...im not sayin ronnie is or isnt better im just sayin from what we have seen so far they are both good backs ,but IMO caddy hasnt shown that "hes in another class" over ronnie....cant we wait till at least the end of the season to start comparing them..

:monkeyr:woody and skip

At first, I gotta admit after caddy's first two games I couldnt believe we drafted Ronnie. Caddy seems to have adapted to the NFL fasters and uses a more powerful, lowering of the the shoulder style to hit the hole and pick up the yards. Ronnie has definitely showed great potential and improvement through the last couple of games and even showed a nice bonus throwing that huge block on pat williams to save Gus. Saying that caddy is in a whole other realm than Ronnie is going way overboard. They are both rookies and Caddy is already showing signs of wear n' tear after his monster games, so there may be a durability issue. Too early to make judgement on either of them. Like all things in life, time will tell what happens. Hopefully Saban made the right decision for our franchise back

the media doesn't look at the big picture ever... they dont mention that ronnie took a few games to adapt cause he missed most of the preaseason or that hes had a 5.7 YPC average the past 2 games...

the problem i think is that now that ricky is back, ronnie will get less carries and even less attention and caddy will prob rack up more numbers and this nonsense talk will continue, but what are you gonna do... we'll know the truth and people who actually konw something about football and watch the dolphins will know whats up

How can they say that after only 4 games. RB has already made good blocks and down the road he will probably be the better reciever, and quite possibly the better runner aswell :fire:

Actually I see Ronnie's carries going down slightly, but I think it will help him play the whole season. Just like Caddy, Ronnie's Body is only used to 11 or so games a year. Not only that but 11 games where he shared the load. Giving him a little rest here and there can only help him.

On the other hand, Caddy will keep getting the carries and getting pretty big numbers... However, he will have more games where he is "in the garage". I just don't think he can stand the whole season getting ALL the carries. Even if he does play the whole year, I think his numbers will drop off significantly towards the end of the year.
