Rd 1. Ronnie Brown ( unless Ricky comes back, then Braylon Edwards)
Rd 2. (assuming Surtain deal goes through) Shazor
Rd 3. Orton or Walters, i personally like Walters better, but wouldnt mind Orton
Rd 4. Marion Barber (if we end up with Edwards in Rd 1)
Rd 5. Courtney Roby ( i think thats his name, i know i'll catch heat if its wrong)

and as for the rest, i say we go with the BPA, i think that those picks address our most glaring needs. I dont know if Barber will last until Rd 4. so we might have to take him in 3 and pick whoever is left between Orton or Walters, or if neither of them are Charlie Frye. I still think there is the option of trading down, which the more i think about it the better it seems, trading down would give us the opprotunity to possibly still acquire Benson or Cadillac Williams, or even Derrick Johnson if Ricky comes back, not to mention the likelihood of another 3rd or possibly another 2nd rounder depending on who our trade partner is.

Good mock, but i got one question for you. if we take a RB with our 1st pick why would we take another one?

that was if Ricky came back causing us to take Edwards in the 1st round, Barber would be an insurance policy, in case Ricky decided he liked grass better than the new field turf being put in at Dolphins Stadium.

Fyre its going earlier than Orton and Walters, Barber its going early in the 2nd its more like Barber in the 2nd and Fuller in the 4th, we have plenty of big hitters on Safetie but no ballhawks so Fuller its a better fit for FS and for WR I like Brackins way more than Roby. In the seventh would be great to get a DT.

i dont think we can base the Draft on him, but getting Edwards instead of Brown could hardly be viewed as a bad move, both have NFL potential are both are top three picks. furthermore, there is even speculation that Miami might take Edwards anyway, over any of the running backs. but i dont see the need to use the 2nd pick in the draft at a position we already have 3 capable players at (Ricky, Gordon, Morris). Plus, if we took Edwards, we could go into a lot of 3 wide sets with Chambers, Booker and Edwards, honestly, if you spread the field with those guys...can you saw draw play? doesnt matter who is running the ball, the defense'll be so piss scared they'll line up in pass sets everydown.
