Thanks. I would have also added the second half, but I put my VCR on the wrong recording speed, so it cut out after halftime. :(

Yes, I do some sigs. Currently I have one to do today, but if you ever need one or any help with Photoshop, just send me a PM. :)

Not sure of the legality of this, so if it stays it should definetely stay in the VIP/premium forums. Nub what are you using to edit, when I edit I use adobe premeire and Sony Vegas (pretty high end stuff) somtimes I jump to windows movie maker which is surprisingly advanced, cept the output selections suck :-(

I was worried about the legality of it also. Posting it on the main board is definitely a no no. However, I thought it might be ok on the Premium Board and only the premium board.

I just used the simple Windows Movie Maker program to edit it. I also have Pinnacle Studios, but I never upload it to my new computer.

What I did was recorded the game on to a VHS. I then hooked my digital video camera to the VCR and recorded the clips onto the camera. Then I simply uploaded the video onto my computer.

what's the difference between posting a few good plays, and then posting highlights for an entire half? I mean he isn't asking any money for his services, and this site probably won't make any money for his efforts...

True, but I don't want to push it just in case. As long as you can see this board, you will get the clips. Unless we find out that it is wrong to even post it here.

If it is ok, I won't be able to do the next two preseason games, but I can do all the regular season games(except maybe the last two of the year depending if I travel for Christmas).

That is high end video production software. The Vegas version 6.0 is sweet.

To edit avi's I use virtual dub (Free) and for mpegs I use tmpgnc. Any of them will do Express, Author or the Regular one.The Express has audio sync correction capabilities also so I usually use that one because the audio starts to get out of sync if its a very large file. There is a bundle which has all 5 tmpgnc programs. You dont need anything else. When I make a DVD I take the mpeg2 file put it in to tmpgnc author then edit.

Let me know if you need any of the above programs.I will provide a link.

I have a mpg 2 encoder card that takes coax, RCa, and svideo cables. I am buying a HDTV version soon. the best non professional (under $1000, or $200 for that matter)cards out there are from a company called hauppage

Yeah dude I will send you a PM, I have one in mind should I send photos, or an idea? I am really not that creative or artistic, in the words of the lead singer from Twisted Sister when he hosted MTV back about a million years ago, I am not sure if I am artistic or autistic....

Great production, Nub. When I originally read the title of the thread, I figured the video would on be around 56k because there weren't that many Dolphin 'highlights'.
You gave a great overview the first half. Your efforts are much appreciated.
