These are all players I would draft if I were the GM. It's a mix of BPA and need. To put it simply: how much the player will help the given team.
Also, there are some teams that have defined their picks already. It's too late for the Skins to do anything but draft RG3. You can't make that kind of investment in a CB or some other position.
The board also dictated - and I tried to be honest for every team, with my understanding of each given team - some picks. As a Miami fan, I'm still up in the air about Tannehill. If Kuechly or Floyd were there, I'd have given each a hard look. But with the available players, I think the best course of action is rolling the dice on the QB and hoping your excellent offensive coaching staff can develop him.
I've also talked about how I don't think Gilmore has 1st RD hips. But I do think he does some things very well, and I think he'd be an excellent candidate to take over the roving playmaker responsibilities from an aging Charles Woodson.
So yeah, if I were the GM of every team, that's how the 1st RD would look - assuming there are no trades.
