2 -2 at worse for the next 4 weeks

We match up very well against Green Bay. I can see Rodgers being a problem not just for his arm, but the fact that he is not afraid to take off and run with it. We have not been able to stop a mobile QB for the past 13 years.
 
I hope that 2-2 stretch is defeating the AFC teams. Would be nice to get a win on 1 of those NFC teams but we need conference wins the most. So if we beat SD and Jax, I'll be okay with that. Hopefully we at least compete with GB and Chi, hell, we may even beat one of them.
 
Oh, my mistake, I thought we played Detroit and not Jacksonville.

We are decisively better than Jacksonville at throwing and defending the pass. We are decisively worse than Green Bay and San Diego in those areas. We are slightly worse than Chicago.
 
I have no faith that we'll beat the jags.

Remember the buccaneers game? This team is soft and plays down to opponents instead of up top their potential.

If we can beat the Raiders, we sure as hell can beat the Jags.

We are giving up too many passing touchdowns and we only have 3 interceptions, all of which came against the ****ing Raiders, and I think two of those were even against their 3rd string QB. Meanwhile, the Packers' pass defense is actually a lot better in those areas. We are in big trouble against Aaron Rodgers. If we can't run on the Packers, then Ryan Tannehill needs to play his best game just for us to even stay competitive.

Gotta love this garbage safe thought process. This way you can always come in with the "I told you so" non-sense or when we go 3-1 you can always throw on the band-aid and slide right in with the, "Glad I was wrong" pretend I'm a fan approach.

Well, I'm not the one who posted that, but he's right. And it's simple: we're underdogs vs the Packers, we are likely to be slight underdogs vs the Bears, and if the game were played tomorrow, we would be huge underdogs vs the Chargers. We will be heavy favorites vs the Jags unless they miraculously turn into the Broncos the next 2 weeks.

I'm not talking about Vegas betting, btw. I'm just talking about basic win probability using simple modeling on stuff like scoring and turnovers. We're just not as good as the Packers or Chargers right now.

Packers are better then us, Bears are better then us and their huge WR will dominate our small DBs plus Forte will chew us up out of the backfield, switching to Bortles the Jags will get better weekly but we should win that game, the Chargers are playing as good as any team in the league right now.
 
That's why they play the game. Somebody is going to be wrong the key is which person is actually going to admit it lol
