1. if denver doesnt report the ricky williams thing and make it public, the league probably lets ricky slide on this violation.

2. Terrel Owens sat next to his "close friend" Shaq at the nba allstar game.

Well, you are wrong on the first front. Remember, Williams is well into the appeals process before this story broke. That means that the NFL was planning on punishing him and listening to his defense, then rendering a final decision. The fact that it was even leaked proves that this wasn't something they were going to let "slide."

On the second note, one selfish me first athlete was sitting next to another? I imagine the conversation was about how great they were and games of oneupmanship.

I agree, the league hasn't punished him for this three times before. Also, there is not a federal investigation into banned substances in sports.

Right?

when you refer to TO sitting next to shaq you must be talking about the skill challanges and not the actual game. I saw this too and they were both wearing the same suit and hat hangin out on the sidelines.

I think TO should move to the NBA anyway. That way he can get his guaranteed contract for oodles of money and we won't have to hear about him whining for more money anymore. Besides, who is going to notice one more ego-maniac in the NBA?

Right?

No because to my understanding

Your first offense is a fine and drug rehab

Your second offense is a bigger fine and drug rehab

your third is a four gamer

your fourth is a year off

The league can hand down a more or less sentance for any of the occourances but those are the guidlines they usually follow, or at least to my understanding

The NFL wont let anyone slide and thats a good thing

Are we talking about the same shaq? the one that gave up and extra 20 million to allow pat riley to go out and make the team better. The one who is constantly saying this is D-Wades team. Compare that to T.O, lets see, T.O held out because he wanted more money, alot more money. And according to him... that was his team not Mcnabbs. Damon jones is more selfish than shaq

1. Ricky didn't speak out regarding his situation and nobody in denver had the right to. Denver failed the legal test, not to mention the moral one.:tantrum:

2. who the hell cares???
