1. After an 0-4 start. If we win against SD it will probably take a while.
2. He'll probably either go back to Dallas to coach the O-line, or maybe Chicago will snatch him up. Just a guess.

He definately wont be getting a head coaching job anytime soon and his work on line has not exactly been awesome. He basically is only qualified to be line coach so im sure he will find a job
