1st Thought: Qb Position:

Gus Ferotte was A Pro Bowl QB. He has much more experience than Feely and he has played in the offense we are currently installing, which means that either QB will be able to play and be an improvement over last year. I am glad that Feely is being able to compete w/ Ferotte, b/c as I stated above he has been the Pro Bowl, twice if I am not mistaken.

2nd Thought: Ronnie Brown

I want him in camp as much as the next guy. But he has only missed 10 days and there are still 37 days until the season starts. If he signs by this weekend, he will have a small adjustment period in regards to being in football shape and A longer adjustment for learning the plays. The key to all backs is not learning the plays when they have the ball, but more importantly what they are doing when they don’t have the ball, such as blocking or running a pattern.
