Santonio Holmes or Chad Jackson in the first and Darnell Bling or Ko Simpson in the third

I wouldn't have minded Santonio Holmes if we could have traded down a bit to get him.

Allen and Hagan...

Heck no. I think Hagan has as much potential (or more) than either of those.
To win in this league you need defense and Allen is a MUCH better athlete than Bing or Simpson.
Bing and Simpson would be mismatched against a slot receiver or a good receiving running back.
The elite safeties in the draft like Huff, Allen and Whitner have cover skills like a CB and are much more valuable in this day and age where offenses frequently employ multiple receiver sets.
