I wish all the ignorant negative people that keep posting useless threads about the 2008 draft would go find a new board. It's rediculous how do you call yourself a fan if your already giving up on your team and thinking about next april come draft time. No we may not win the super bowl or go deep in the playoffs but its still football!!!!! any real fan appreciates when september comes around to watch your fins whether your team is at the top of their game or at the bottom. Truth of the matter is it's the NFL anything can happen anybody can win on any givin sunday. I want to win and go to the superbowl more than anybody in here and I'm optimistic about it i have faith. Im not like these ignorant people who are already talking about being in the top five pick of the 2008 draft its rediculous and pointless. For those who want to thnk about next years draft already should probably go root for the texans or the raiders.

Ooh, taking shots at the Texans and the Raiders eh?

I think some people are actually serious while some are posting them just for the fun of it. It's not a bad thing until some idiot says something along the lines of "this guy better be the Dolphins' number one priority!!!!11111!!" You can tell this guy is a douche bag by the number of exclamation marks and ones.
 
We have a good amount of time until September, we have to talk about something. Just don't click on those threads or just go somewhere else.
 
I second this. How can you think of the draft when the season hasnt even started and i am excitied for football season like i always am. I think with the offense rebuilt theres a good possibly of making a run at a playoff spot even with the afc with so many good teams

2007 Dolphins are going to be no worse than 6-10.
I really think we will be better than that record.
I cant wait till we hit the field and smash on them other teams.We will be a force soon enough.
I like where we are going.I think we are in for a real good team.

I agree 6-10 because of the o-line we don't know all the starters yet. QB Situation.

As soon as that is figured out we only go up.

i am neither here not there about this draft at the present time,
but i have read HUNDREDS of posts worded just like yours only
it was........

"how can you say that about saban, your just negative"? or...

"you are not a fan of this team if you question nick saban"!

and lets not forget all the endless posts about one NOT
being a true fan saying jay fiedler cant play"......

let the NICK SABAN era be a lesson to all!! dont be so hard
core about others opinions untill its all said and done and we
are either in the playoffs or superbowl. that person who
says the draft wasnt good, just may be RIGHT!! there are
many, many guys on the boards left with egg on there faces
and realy humiliated themselves for the slander they layed
out on those who KNEW saban was a bust.

wont here them EVER admit it, but, the lesson is there......

How is talking about next years draft mean people are giving up on this season? Talk about ignorance. And if you dont like it...dont open the thread titled 2008 draft prospects? Seems like a better plan than crying about it and telling people to find another board like what you have to say means anything to anyone. 1 star is too many for this thread.

I really have to disagree with this post. I consider myslef a Dolphin fan, I follow every move, go to games when possible, and know the in and out of the roster. I clicked on this post, like many others, beacuse I have an interest in the draft. Regardless if its in one week, or just occured, the draft is a real passion of mine, possibly becasue I enjoy college football so much and look foward to the transition of those players to the NFL, im not sure. I know its simple but its true, if you don't like the topic don't click on it. There are a majority of threads on current dolphin events and predicitons pertaining to this years team. Aside from the fact topics like these represent a very small percentage of the overall postings, I clicked on this thread beacuse I wanted to see the opinion of a fan on a topic I have a interest in. Isn't that forums are all about?
 
Looking ahead to the 2008 draft is giving up on the team. No one can honestly believe we're a super bowl team. I do believe we're heading in the right directions but we're still a few years and good drafts away. Did you hear that, a few good drafts (2008 & 2009), just to clarify. I'm excited to watch the progression of the team this year but there will be obvious holes we will need to fill next year. In this league if you're not looking out a few years into the future you end up going backwards, i.e. the Redskins.
