Also, as I pointed out in the past, the CBA requires there to be 255 picks in the draft. The current picks plus the 32 compensatory picks only equal 253 picks. So to fill the last two spots, the league pretends there is an 8th round and awards selections until 255 is met. So Miami will have the 254th selection of the 7th round, and St. Louis will have the 255th selection, aka Mr. Irrelevant.

Really??? That's fascinating, I never knew that... So Miami is getting essentially 2 7th round picks, their own plus because of the rule stated above, pick #254. I'm assuming that pick can be dealt (unlike a compensatory pick)? Why wouldn't the NFL just bump the comp pick total to 34 instead of 32? Then, Miami woudn't get the 254th pick, which makes more sense since luck wouldn't be in our favor.

Just updated the order with all the trades that have happened so far this offseason.

Only 3 weeks until the compensatory picks are handed out!

With the 254th pick I would draft Kimbo Slice, the street fighter, or I would find me the fastest strongest sumo wrestler in Japan and make him an 0-lineman.

Blank page for me too...and I really have been trying to find this list.

HACK
When I posted it, PDF files were one of the choices when uploading an attachment. For some reason, PDF files are no longer an option at FinHeaven. I don't know what to do.
