Hello fellow GMs!

Now that we're back up here at... DOLPHINSNATION... the GM League will be kicking off in the near future. After a less than stellar year here in Dolphins Land... we're hoping you can lead your team into the glory land and not become the next Rick Spielman. Just a few things to note so we have a few less questions as the time nears...

(1) - The GM League will begin on February 11th, 2008. The day after the Pro Bowl I will be putting up a thread asking you all to pick your top three teams.
(2) - Saint Greg will be back, but his limited schedule of work and running his own draft site, you'll be seeing myself more often than him.
(3) - Please do not reserve your teams in here, I don't want a bunch of replies saying "I want Miami!" or so forth.
(4) - There will not be a playoff format style voting this year due to lack of interest. Last year we had less and less turnout each round and we're going back to the 1st/2nd/3rd format.
(5) - I will not be contacting the GMs from last year to join here again. I am posting this plenty of time in advance and you should be able to see it.
(6) - If you don't get a team the first time around, just be patient, players do drop. It happens ever year, this year won't be any different.
(7) - If you have ANY questions, feel free to PM me.

I want another run again. Hopefully I get someone other than the Giants this time though, lol.

Cant wait, last year was so fun. I hope to see a lot of familiar faces and some new ones. Assuming I end up with a spot again.
 
Being Finheaven was down for so long, I expect about half of the guys from last year to return. It should be easy to fill in the rest of the spots. Worst comes to worst, Alex you can be all of the remaining teams... Just no trading to yourself. ;)

Yeah, its officially been a year as of today. Now I'm up in Ft Drum with 10th Mountain... freezin' my butt off. Cant wait to get back in the swing of things!
 
Glad to see that the site was up in time for GM league.. I will definitely be back this year (even with a really busy semester upcoming) but feel free to look to me for help if needed.
 
I'm excited to get back in the GM league too with school going to slow down more than it did last year. And i have a quick question, are we going to be able to have rights to our team from last year? If so, I'd still have the Lions.

We're not reserving teams at the moment. I don't think we'll have much interest in the Lions so it's likely you could end up with them.
 
Funny thing is, the last team I would want is the Dolphins. Sounds strange, but it feels like there is some unfairness in having them. You know your team, and if it looks good you get more votes just for having the home team. I like the disadvantage or having another team.

Can't wait!

I had them last year, I felt like I was getting votes simply because it was the Dolphins... that and I drafted both Quinn and Okoye. :lol:

I don't want them again though, let someone else have them.
