Just a fan...
What would last year have been like if Cameron had been given one more year in the head coaching job (no Parcells)?
My guess:
- another terrible draft with questionable picks (Who would they have drafted first? Ryan? Chris Long? Jake Long? McFadden? Gholston [nightmare pick there]? none of the above?)
- no Pennington
- started out 0-2 like '08 real Phins
- no Wildcat
- improved QB play relative to '07 (giving Cam a break) but still bad, maybe Beck as starter?
- losses to Pats and SD after 0-2 at beginning of season
- another death spiral
- suicidal threads on FH
- some wins but not many (lose a lot of the close games we won)
- NE goes to playoffs with Cassel and maybe Jets make it with Favre as wild card
- Cameron finally fired at end of year 2
- Trifecta may have landed elsewhere (Detroit? KC?)
- who knows, we may have ended up with Rex Ryan instead of the Jets this year!

I am SO THANKFUL for the Trifecta!
Yes, I do look back at '07 because there will be struggles ahead (like last year) and we need to keep the faith and remember what MIGHT HAVE BEEN. :thanks:
