Get Nnamdi Asomugha
Trade a 1st and 3rd round pickk for Anquan Boldin ( I know most of you on here are not in favor of trading picks I am ussually not either but this guy is an elite receiver. I dont think Arizona will be able to give him the contract he wants due to Fitgerald and Dansby. Also they have Steve Breaston stepping and having a pretty good season.) I know Fitzgerald is not a free agent.

2009 Draft

2a - DE/LB
2b - DT/CB
4 - FS/OL
5 - TE
6 - Depth

WR Depth
Anquan Boldin (Might be a great addition to the wild cat)
Ted Ginn Jr.
Greg Camarillo
Davone Bess
Brandon London

Let me know what you guys think?? Yes I know Boldin is not a free agent.

Im all for upgrading cb and wr but not giving up high draft picks for people when we have draft picks to use on those positions. There are diamonds out there in free agency we just cannot sign another Wilford.

i don't like the idea of spending a bunch of money in FA, maybe sign one of those guys. I say we keep building through the draft and finding middle level guys who can hold their own and finding projects on other practice squads.

If we can't sign Asomugha, there may be other solid options that can help.

Bryant McFadden and Dunta Robinson to name a few.

Wide receivers, there aren't many huge options, but depth looks promising. If not Housh, then Devery Henderson or the improving Lance Moore could be options.

The minute you trade 2 draft picks (especially a 1st round pick) for one player you declare yourself inferior to the rest of the league at scouting players.

I don't think anyone would object to both Nhamdi and Boldin being a member of the phins next year.
The only problem is this is fantasy world.
Its ludicrous to think this would ever happen.
You go to any other teams' message boards and you will probably have the same wish list. Except the cardinal's says "keep boldin get nhamdi" and the raider's says "get rid of davis and then resign Nhamdi and get Boldin."

I do think I would pull the trigger in Madden tho.

Id rather trade for Boldin and draft a CB. I want another madison or surtain for the next 8 years!! Man do I miss those two.

just to mention mcfadden went to hollywood mcarthur.... not too far from dolphin stadium so im sure there's a chance he'd be excited to sign with the fins

Asomugha would be great but I think we could get Chris Gamble CB Panthers in FA in the off season if we cant get Asomugha. He would be a great addition to our secondary. I think that the Cards will want too much for bolding and we could go after Housh if not franchised

Gamble resigned I think.. and Arizona knows every team is aware that they need to get rid of Boldin. Your right about housh hes definately getting franchised.

If we could get Asoumah and Boldin we wouldnt even need anyone else plus i dont see anyway we get both of these guys and i would rather give up 1 second for Chad Johnson instead of giving up 1st and a 3rd for boldin

Asomugha is going to be franchised, Oakland already stated that per PFT. Gamble was resigned by Carolina. Considering that, I think we just keep all our picks and use the draft to fill those needs. None of these "big name" players who are scheduled to hit free agency ever make it. Its just a pipedream to even consider it...
