2010+High Draft Picks + Free Agents + Easier Schedule = Playoffs!!!

Thats one advantage of not being one of the final 8 teams to play in 2009. If there's no cap, the top teams can't be players in FA.

If that does happen to the fins, they can buy any FA on the market. They certainly have the cash to do it.

As to who they'll play? AFC North & NFC North:

Home: Buffalo, New England, N.Y. Jets, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Chicago, Detroit, AFC South

Away: Buffalo, New England, N.Y. Jets, Baltimore, Cincinnati, Green Bay, Minnesota, AFC West

I do not see why any fan would want a easy schedule unless you are a lions fan and need the break but i thought fans like seeing their team being challenged or is that just me?

pretty much what i'm saying is, you will never know if the schedule will be easy unless you can tell the future...

There are no easy schedules.

There teams that are an entire class above their opponents, but that doesn't mean the schedule itself is easy.

I think 2010 could be our year, but it's all on Parcells. I think he's the man to hang it on, if anyone, but it's a tall order. He has to decide if the rookies are going to pan out, if we can afford a big time NT and if we need 2 receivers or a receiver and a TE or what. Of course, he could mortgage the future...

If he does, I'll hate him, but we can easily go to the big game next year if we pick up a big run stopper, a shutdown corner, a go-to TE and a couple receivers.

i want to know wtf an easy schedule looks like, besides something stupid like lions X 16. lol

:chuckle: I do find it funny that everyone said our schedule, including these next 8 games we have, was going to be hardest schedule that every game was going to be a challenge excluding the Bucs game. Now everyone is saying this second part of the season looks soft.

To make a long story short you can not completely evaluate a schedule is hard or not until the end of the season and see where your team and other teams did.

I prefer to win games because we are a good team, not because our opponent is a weak one.
