2010 possible free agents

heres just a list of the big names that i think we might look at if they dont get resigned

Demarcus Ware OLB
Shawne Merriman OLB
Karlos Dansby ILB
Braylon Edwards WR
Brandon Marshall WR
Vince Wilfork NT
Jahri Evans OG

now personally the only names i like on there are Ware and Dansby. What do you guys think?

I'd take a look at Edwards if we could get him on discount. While I'd love Ware, I don't see us breaking the bank on an OLB - considering the young talent we have there. Maybe Parcells could convince him to come here for less (he says 75% hoping, 25% joking). Pats just cleared up space to keep Wilfork, and Marshall looks to be every bit the team player that TO is.

Not all of those guys will be UFAs. If there's no new Collective Bargaining Agreement, anyone with fewer than six seasons will only be a restricted free agent.

Ware will never see free agency, not a chance.

As the previous guy said, unless a new CBA is agreed to, most of those guys will be restricted free agents, not unrestricted like they would if a new CBA had been reached.

I really like fullback Julius Crosllin and ilb Donnovan woods who can play wr , qb, safety and linebacker we was let go to the numbers game but he would fit our system.

Crosslin's on Dallas' practice squad, and Woods (an OLB, not an ILB) is on the Steelers'.

I really don't think it matter for us. If we have the same coaching staff and front office next year as we do now, they are to big into the free agencey. They'd rather build through the draft.

But if I were in charge and he didn't get the franchise tag, I would take Merriman.
