Bam!!! It's 2010.

The Dolphins went 9-7 and just missed the playoffs. Chad had a great season but the botched play on the last few minutes of the last game of the regular season killed us (to date, bringing Leon Lett out of retirement was the only mistake the trifecta has made).

2010 Draft: Do we pick up a QB the first day of the draft?

(((NOTE - I'm talking about it because I enjoy it, I'm not just taking 2009 for granted. I know its way off, but this is just for talk. Also, I am not a Henne fan. I would love it if he becomes our franchise QB and does as well as most of you expect him to....I just don't believe it will be so)))

You failed to mention which Chad screwed up the snaps?

But i'll assume you mean Henne. In that case, we'd still stick with henne. Unless a clone of Dan marino from 1983 enters the draft, we're not taking a QB in the near future. THe trifecta believes in henne, they think they have their man.

Which one of the 2 QBs? If it's Pennington, I don't think they take a QB on the first day, it wouldn't make any sense, considering they've annointed Henne as the heir apparent to the QB position here.

If it's Henne you're talking about, I don't see them doing it either.

Parcell's thinks very highly of Tim Tebow.

Colin Kaepernick may declare if he has another good year at Nevada.

Trading up to get Bradford would probably be just toooo expensive.

I would look for the Dolphins to go NT or QB in the 1st in 2010 unless they come up another solution at NT this year. Which,by the way, is extremely unlikely with this years DT class being as bad as it is.

Actually you're not far off, a lot of this draft will reflect our needs of 2010...
1. because of the FA's we'll have
2. because that's the year we really expect to be a force on the field
3. because Penny is a FA who may not want to be a backup
4. because our cap space depending on who we resign prior to 2010 will be great to add a lot of vets and rookies.
