2011 dolphins must sweep jets this yr and SHUT REX UP!!!

Jets aren't even going to make the playoffs in my opinion but I don't think we'll have a better record than them.

Rex has personailty. He is great for the game, and moreso for the AFC east. The rest of the coaches in this conference have no spark. They are robots.

I dont like the Jets, but Rex is great for the game. reminds me of Ditka, Glanville, etc. Guys who spoke there mind.

Every fan base in the league would love Rex as much as we do if he coached their team. The Cowboys are loving Rob Ryan, who's been saying a lot of the same things down in Dallas (minus the Super Bowl talk, I don't think Garrett would appreciate that. But don't worry, as soon as he gets a head coaching job he'll join Rex with the yearly Super Bowl guarantees).

Sure, there are a handful of fans that truly wouldn't like Rex, just like there are Jets fans (few and far between) that don't care for his approach, but the vast majority would be worshiping the ground he walks on.

I wouldn't mind the confidence or even the foot fetish stuff, but the problem is when you come out and say things like "We're going to beat the **** out of ya" and constantly guarantee SuperBowls but come up short, it gets old real fast. Rex sounds like Patrick Ewing nowadays. Now obviously every coach WANTS to win the SB but Rex is the only one actually guaranteeing it. Even the Hoodie up in Boston doesn't guarantee rings. Rex is getting a pass from the NY media right now but just wait how quick they turn on him when he actually misses the playoffs.

Kevin O'Connell gave us all the Jets secrets, and then he gave them all ours. So it should be a tie when we play them.
 
We swept them a couple seasons ago and ended up out of the playoffs, right? Let's just get to the playoffs, no matter what way.

what will sweeping us do if you fail to reach the playoffs and we are playing deep into January again?

To be fair Rex has only been here 2 years(w/ a rookie and 2nd yr QB) and this is the first year he is guaranteeing a SB but he has been talking SB since day 1- what is wrong w/ that?
 
kevin O Connell barely got to play. Not sure we let him in on the playbook much. Anything O Connell could give them would be seen on film anyhoo.

I dont believe we will be downloading Yeatman either. I think we already know whats going to change if anything. We spy just like thay do. NE going press man to man more. I see Marshall having big game if so.
 
Nothing would make me happier then us sweeping the Jets. I think one of the Happiest moments for my Phins was the year we knocked Farve and the jest out of the playoff hunt when Merling scupped a fumble and we beat them @ their home! We got killed the next game by Ravens but it was soooooooooooo worth it, and on top of it all Pennington was our QB haha

Even if we won that game we weren't making the playoffs so you didn't knock us out, our awful play led by favre the last month knocked us out.
