Here's a good, quick read from CBS on the top 100 FA's from this year. It gives you the chance to see how other teams did, the good and bad signings, and who we may have missed on. It's interesting to see that 38 of the 100 re-signed with their old team, with 19 of the top 50.

Miami was the biggest player this year, and this is what we did. The first number after the player's name is his rank in the top 100 (NR if not listed), and I'm adding PFF's overall position rank as the second number.

Who we lost.

Sean Smith- #18, and #15 at CB. Jake Long- #25, and #4 OT. Reggie Bush- #59, and #26 RB. A Fasano- #82, and #38 TE.

Who We Kept.

Randy Starks- #22, and #2 DT. Brian Hartline- #57, and #17 WR. Cris Clemons- NR, and #8 S. Matt Moore- NR, and NR.

Who We Added.

Wallace- #11, and #68 WR, Grimes- # 28, and #5 CB. Ellerbe- #30, and #23 ILB. Keller- #65, and NR. Wheeler- #65, and #34 OLB (4-3). Gibson- NR, and #20 WR. Clabo- NR, and #66 OT.

Cuts, trade, and Not added.

Dansby- NR, and #16 ILB, about the same as Ellerbe. Burnett- NR, and #13 OLB (4-3), much better than Wheeler this year. Bowe is #40 WR, Jennings at #47, around the same or worse than Wallace. Albert is the #22 OT and McKinnie is at #33 after two good games with the Fins. Clabo has been a HUGE disappointment.

Overall, we hit on many more than we missed so far, got younger, faster, and more talented. The glaring monster problem on the OL really hurts the good that was done, and the much better good which could have been done. IF Clabo worked out, we're in VG shape from FA this year. JMO
