2014 Phins

I'd like to see Jay Gruden go back to FL and be given a chance to be our new HC. Maybe Kubiak as our new OC. GM: I'm willing to see what Gaine can do, though i know others on here don't want that....Zimmer: Yeah we can revisit him and gauge his interest..Just my 2 cents though.

David Shaw (Stanford) for Head Coach.

An impressive guy. Played under Bill Walsh and Denny Green. 9 years NFL coaching experience with Raiders, Eagles and Ravens. Coached under Harbaugh at University of San Diego and Stanford. Knows how to coach NFL QB talent like Luck. He would be my first choice. After him, give me one of the Grudens.

I'll take one of the personnel guys from the Ravens to be GM.

Done with Philbin unless he manages a playoff appearance this year.

So after 18 months we're all ready to give up on Philbin as a head coach? I'd much rather change GM and OC before gutting the head coach yet again.

Its baffling to me how anyone, who is in a prove yourself to me year, with their first three picks in rounds 1, 2 and 3, drafts three injured players.
I am really tired of blowing it up. But Mike Sherman HAS to go. Its best we part with Ireland, too. This was his year to prove himself. it failed. So is it harder to get the right personnel keeping Philbin around? Does Ross give Philbin the power to hire NEW personnel? We saw how that worked with Sherman. OR does Ross find a better GM/Head Coach duo by having that head coaching spot available and being able to bring in two new guys?

Instead of going the college route is there any chance we can emulate KC? Any big name coaches getting fired this year?

Nubs, we've been praying for him since Wanny. Him and Gruden seem like they either don't want to coach anymore, or they aren't confident enough in their ability to rebuild a team. I want a guy that wants to be here. If there is none, give Philbin another chance, I guess. I will just be sick if we have either Sherman or Ireland here 2014.

If Philbin was getting this sinking ship righted, i personally wouldn't be giving up on him. But 4 straight losses and nothing being done to correct that falls directly on him as the HC. When he was hired, i thought we finally had ourselves a coach who knows how to build and coach a football team...especially with him coming from GB and the success they had there. Yes Aaron Rodgers has a whole lot to do with their success, i know that. But during our 4 game skid, i keep hearing and reading the same things come outta his cake holster, but i sure as **** am not seeing it on the field; so, either he does his job as the HC and gets our team right, or he can go before we have another Tony Idiotano situation on our hands.
