2018 Espn Top 100 Player Rankings

The mainstream media thinks we are one of, if not THE, worst team in the NFL. I've watched a ton of preseason games and believe me, we're not the worst.

There's really zero way of knowing that until we see some meaningful football

Drake, Howard and Tunsil will easily see their names on these types of lists a year from now if they continue their progression and stay healthy.

Fitzpatrick and Gesicki should find themselves at the top of these rankings soon enough.

If were being honest, Robert Quinn looks like a top 50 NFL player, let alone 100.

Reshad Jones needs to earn his way back into that elite category, may or may not happen.

I don't need to see the actual list to know that I don't need to worry one bit about it.

Reshad Jones should be on that list without a doubt, never going to understand why he is so undervalued to the national media.

He's a John Lynch type safety, a great run stopper in an era where running the ball has been down graded as such so has being a great run defender.

That's what I was going to post...it's a passing league so a defensive back who hardly stands out against the pass is not exactly going to wow the league.

Reshad Jones is also not in John Lynch's league when it comes to diagnosing running plays from the secondary. In that long run by McCaffrey a couple of weeks ago, Jones froze and didn't hustle until it was far too late. Otherwise he at least makes the play at the sideline near the 10 or 20, forcing Carolina to line up again. It has been a common tendency for Jones over the years, and particularly memorable many times on long runs by the Bills.

John Lynch figured out those plays quickly. But Jones is superior to Lynch at wrecking running plays off the edge.
