Here's an SI breakdown of the 2019 draft.

My take

Wilkins-- Solid player, who will be
even better, after a yr, and
offseason under his belt.

Dieter-- Maybe a starter, maybe a
solid backup. Wouldn't. surprise me either way.

AVG-- Like him situationally. The injury made it hard to make
an evaluation.

Cox-- MEH.......

Gaskins-- Would like to see the kid
get an opportunity, but
don't think he is the
answer.

The guy with the most potential for a huge impact was an UDFA.

Pretty spot on. I actually think Laird has a chance to stick as a backup RB and ST player.

We got Rosen and the Saints 2020 2nd rounder in last year's draft.

I don't think we'll ever get anything out of Rosen (although I felt the gamble was worth it), let's see how Raekwon Davis (the player we selected at #56) does :)

It was a terrible draft class. Wilkins is solid and will get better, but I didn't like the value of a defensive tackle where Miami selected him. Rosen is a waste and I would be surprised if Dieter ever becomes an even mediocre backup let alone starter. Nobody else showed much of anything other than undrafted free agent Preston Williams. To say that I wasn't thrilled with the 2019 draft class would be an understatement.

Nik Needum appears to be a fairly capable player as well.

Don't know how any rookie can come into such a disheveled mess and rise to the top ... with all the moving parts last season I think the pups held their own ....

We had vets that didn't fare as well as they should have too ... expectations may be a tad high and early when judging last season ...

Careful Crow is a dish best not eaten

Mixed bag of results. The UDFA stood out more than the draft class. Wilkins is underrated considering the numbers he put up in his 1st yr. Deiter doesn't look like he'll amount to much. And everyone else seems nothing more than a backup. Preston Williams and Nik Needham made this draft, because they came in as UDFA and showed they belonged. Both played like starters. Although it took Needham most of the season to get his head on straight and eventually played like a veteran. The hope is everyone takes a step up and improves with the experience they gained last year, even if it's to fill out the depth on the team.

AVG played well enough to show promise and Gaskin was a tidy runner not including Needham

i liked AVG he showed promise. We didn’t see enough of either Gaskin or Cox but it could go either way, big year for Dieter maybe the change of OC will hell if not he’s likely a bust

Looking at it from.a current perspective? An absolute stinker of a draft class, with Rosen tossed on the garbage heap for good measure.

Maybe Wilkins eventually becomes a difference maker, but he will have to have a huge impact to save the overall class. Certainly not a bust, but he strikes me as more of an Odrick level player than a true star.

So far only Wilkins was worthy first round pick. Rosen trade messed up this draft. Saints took McCKoy from Texas AM an all pro center which was a high priority for this Phins team. We also gave Saints our 4th round pick which they draft Garber CB from Florida who was starting for them at the end of the year as a top nickel back. For Rosen we gave.away a top NFL Center and good starting nickel CB for a championship contender. Hopefully this year with the 11 picks we made up for it. R. Davis DT would need to make pro bowl to make up for what we gave the saints.
