I like this safety class. It is not as deep as corner class but it never is, every year it is just a few safeties who are good, some years only one or two are good, like when we drafted Javon.

But this year there are 5-6 Ferraris in this class. Taylor, Scott, Brown, Battle, Conner. And then there are a few general DBs who are top 50 value, can or should play safety, have excellent experience playing in the backfield, you can move them to safety, like Mekhi, Ringo, Terrell Smith.
Then there are really good safeties who can start for you day 1 at high level, they are top notch athletes with experience like Jordan Howden. Brandon Joseph. Kaevon Merriweather, Ji'Ayir Brown, stand outs.

I heard on podcasts that this a bad safety class. I could not disagree more. There is like 10-15 safeties I'd pay to play for us in this class. That is far from the case in a normal draft year,

I like Kaevon Merriweather as a late round option. Nothing flashy, but good awareness and ability to be in the right spot to make a play.

I really like Jammie Robinson. Especially because I think he will slide in the draft. But he always wants the ball. Either through the air or on the ground.

He reminds me of Brandon Jones with a little better ball skills.
