I just realized that the Dolphins are in Indianapolis the same weekend as my niece's wedding down there so I guess I know what I will be doing the day after. Hopefully the mother-in-law doesn't want to drive down there with us so I don't have to drag her to the game with us.

I dont think your far off base here.

Its a similar reason they dont want casino gambling in FL (Outside of the Seminoles) Vegas can never compete with resort style casinos on the beach.

ON topic though, I kinda like our schedule this year.

Just to reemphasize some of this, a mainstream sports medium said that the Jets “owe it to the NFL” to be better (produce ratings) so they gave them a do over this year with a bunch of prime time games. This, after they mailed it in last year, despite having their own cherry-picked savior (Zach Wilson) there to bail out an injured Rodgers. And when Wilson failed spectacularly, Saleh just smirked on the sideline all year while their overrated defense got run over and the stooges at ESPN begged any idiot who would listen that the Jets were still an elite team absent a quarterback. The New York/ESPN/Aaron Rodgers cabal is a thing.

Good God, more streaming. I have netflix so I don't care, but for all those ppl who don't have these services whose teams play on them, this is such BS. But it's the way the NFL is headed.

It sucks. I still have Pea**** .. Have only watched the playoff game and part of Wrestlemania.

No favors from the schedule makers weather wise. 1 early day home game, multiple later cold weather games, early bye. Doesn't look bad rest wise, at first glance. I'm not sure stacking the west coast games would be good or bad - we have more travel this season, but no ultra long road trips.
