One of my favorite country songs from 1976. They played it often on the AM stations in Cheyenne, though I've read some stations around the country wouldn't play it because the lyrics contain the N-word even though Stoney Edwards himself was black.
As a fellow Oregonian, you may have heard of Buzz Martin. He was the favorite singer of my dad, who worked as a logger for over 40 years.
What a HOOT! I used to chew that snooz.... 'Til my lips turned blue and then I had to.... Quit. Hardest thing I've ever quit. Got that SUPER-NICOTINE rush right into your brain.
Thank goodness a fellow Oregonian invented "Mint Snuff", just in time. I could keep it in my mouth all day instead! It's just mint leaves.
