21 second Tom Jackson laughter fit at Dolphins

Hopefully Sporano forwards this to all of his players and uses it for motivations...

Tom Jackson and Mark May are a waste of air on ESPN. Neither one knows what they are talking about. I would love to see Tom Jackson say he was wrong next Monday night. Then announce his retirement from ESPN.[/QUOTE Don't forget Dr. Lou Holtz!

Not surprised at all. I've already posted about the disrespect this team gets.

Whatever. After we win on Monday night, he'll just explain it away again by saying, "The reason I laughed was to fire up the team. I knew they needed to be motivated to play the Pats."
What a tool he is.

We are the laughing stock of the league according to some posters here.

Winning will cure all.

Based on what? Cite some concrete examples. You post is uninformed. The team was 7-9, which is about average or slightly below. That hardly qualifies as 'laughing stock'. That means that there are 15+ teams that are also laughing stocks.
I get that most of the pundits don't believe we are playoff caliber, BUT that is a far cry from being at the bottom of the barrel. There is also a HUGE difference between critically analyzing a team and mockery/ridicule. Jackson engaged in the latter and it is an affront to every coach and player in the organization.
Do you get it? Probaly not

You might be a little confused yourself...

Glad to see that Tom Jackson is on top of his game and the roster moves of NFL teams... especially those that he is covering in less than a week.
I could understand if crowder was let go yesterday or today... but this happened in July... not to mention Channing announced his retirement days before the first preseason game was played.

I'm sorry, I just figure if Jackson is getting paid to know what he's talking about, then maybe he should know what he's talking about??

Pile this on top of Jackson thinking Crowder would be pressuring Brady or some type of difference maker. Guy hadn't made a play in 4 years. We deserve some scorn for the performance on the field over the last decade.....but seems to me....so does Jackson. That lack of knowledge is just embarrassing to the network.

This is perfect bulletin board material. If we manage to pull off the upset it would be pretty sweet for someone to give Jackson a personal F-You salute in the post game for this one.

i want to send a video to tom jackson of me laughing for 21 seconds after we win monday night

When asked about Tom Jackson's skills as an analyst, I laughed for 27 seconds.

I think you could probably pull at least 30 active posters off this site that would do it vastly superior job covering the NFL. How does he get paid so well to do what thousands of people can do better for cheaper? ****ing economics, how does it work?
