This game is worth forgetting...the constant over-reactions ("X player is a bust") by the fans makes it worse. I can't wait for the 24 hour rule to kick in so we can look to the next game.

But, there are still a few hours left for the post-mortem and to gripe about what went wrong. Fix the penalties, missed field goal, dropped passes, dropped INT. No nonsense...just fix it.

So far, in the AFC east...the home team wins. The Bills and the Patsies got exposed and our rookie RB Ronnie Brown looked eerily similar to McGahee and Dillon. All tied up at 1-1.

Next...Panthers at Home.

I'm over it but what made it worse for me was we lost to the Jets :(

players may have a 24 hour rule, but not fans. Hey i think everyone or alot of people are just not with it after this loss. But hey fans are fans and bitching is a part of that. The biggest problem or wrong thing I see on this board is the lack of understanding that it takes time to be a good football team. I mean really a draft pick and coach are catching heat after 2 games when they both have 5 year contracts... it just makes me shake my head, but what can I do. Fans can be mentally weak too...

I really wonder how many fans really thought Saban would be able to fix all the wrongs with this team in one preseason. Sure there are a lot of needs but just so much cap space and only so many draft choices to work with. It seems as though he squeezed as much out of the free agent pool as he possibly could with cap restraints and available players. Maybe there were other players he could have looked at who might have helped, but the task probably looked a little overwhelming with all the needs at once. IMO Saban did a good job and continues to do a good job, but he is not a miracle worker and I will be happy with just a few wins this season. Oh! And yes we did loose to the Jets at their home but at least it wasn't a blow out like last year and we weren't embarrased or should I speak for myself and say I wasn't embarrased.

Actually the only real cure to this is a WIN next week, if we lose next week look for more of this to continue not to mention, all the salts in the wounds we'd have.

i'm writing this bold so mods can see it. i wish we had a 24 hour rule here. any piss poor posts about a loss should not be allowed on the main forum after 24 hours lol

im sorry but i understand alot of fans are disapointed but im surprisingly NOT THAT disapointed. it was a good game for christs sake, ronnie isn't a bust.

if thats how we lose games this year (ie opportunity to win the game until the very end) then i will be a HAPPY fan!!

we didn't get blown out and I guarantee you that jets fans respect our team more than they did, along with jets players. come on guys use your heads b4 posting....its really ridiculous.

i already forgot it, just like last weeks win, dont rush the year the offseason is tooo long
