This draft has amazing talent in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd rounds especially. This regime has had 2 second round picks both years so what are some options for us picking up another one or two?

here are my ideas:

1) 2nd round tender on Ronnie, hope someone bites....

2) Trade Down to mid to late 1st and pick up a 2nd and 5th?

3) Crowder, Ginn and a 4th for a second?

1) NO WAY JOSE'!!!!

2) Love too!...and thats an understatement!

3) I'd be happy with that as long as we had a quality LB taking crowders place...Like if we got McClain in the 1st.

hah so we could do all this and end up with

1st
2nd
2nd
2nd
2nd
3rd
3rd
5th
6th
6th
6th
7th
7th???

LOL i would love that!

No such rule unless its brand new... Bears and Cheifs with 12 in 2008, falcons, packers, Jags and raiders with 11 in 2007 packers with 12 in 2006....

Better chance of trading down in the 1st to pick up a second round but it likely would be a late pick than the other options.

Doubt Crowder is traded unless they had picked up a top FA prior to the draft in which case they could combine him and Ginn for 2nd but may have to throw into another draft pick to ensure a 2nd and I doubt the Holy Trinity would do that, especially not a 4th.

there arent many players at 12 that are worthy,so if the tri feels they can still get someone good later in the first round, therefore trading back, than I would be with it,and encourage it,cause then we'll get a good player, and some extra picks.

I'll keep ronnie brown. no need to tender him. he's worth more than a second rounder IMO.

crowder... doubtful he goes anywhere seeing how he just signed his contract earlier this year. wouldn't bother me a bit though.
