I was just thinking about that playcall on sunday and i thought to myself, Since this was such a crucial play, do you think the play was run by or approved by Saban, or was it all Mularkey's call. Also if it wasnt put through to Saban (which it should have been) do you think Saban may have wanted to change the playcall?

That play call doesn't bother me. The fact that we were having to go for a 2 pt. conversion at that point in the game is what bothers me. We should have stomped the Texans.

Saban made the call. I believe it was in the post game press conference

RB should have hit Booker way earlier in the play. He hesitated, whether he didnt see him or not we may never know. But it's kinda hard to blame a guy who is not ur QB throwing a pass.

culpepper was hot at the time. probably shoulda gave him a chance to actually win one for us, but it doesn't matter

it was said earlier that we should have never needed a 2 point conversion that late in the game like that, and thats the truth

wayyy too much talk about that one play instead of noticing how we scored 3 points in 3 quarters =(

it doesnt matter the end of the game should not of been in the hands of a throwing running back with a crowded end zone its to risky and dumb

plain and simple d.c should have had the ball in his hands-he was finally on a roll.chambers one on one in the corner-a simple out -curl-or fade what else could we ask for.oh i forgot he's an all pro wide out lol.but the mul man wanted to steal the spot light with this call.i can see this call if we are up by 4 at some point in the game.trying to push it to 11,and if it missed could still kick a 3 pt's.

u need to start reading some facts man. The call came from Saban, not "mul man"

but i do agree in those circumstances with daunte being hot and chambers just catching 1... u gotta throw a fade or a slant to chambers there....
