3-4 or 4-3

Not sure 3-4 was the no name defense and killer bees then jimmys 4-3 defense was awsome as well. But i'd say Jimmys pressure DB's and strong pass rush and run D.
 
i say 3-4,i also wouldn't mind having Sabans Hybrid back
 
I like the 4-3 better myself. I know all signs are pointing towards a 3-4 but Sparano said he was going to evaluate what players he had before deciding which D to run. Coughlin was a Parcells deciple and run a pretty good 4-3 last year. I think a team with 4 down can get more pressure with the right parts.
 
they have been telling the players coming in on d they are going to play a 3-4, I read it a while back, but can't remember the source, the Herald perhaps.
 
i think the 3-4 should work we can do this

i know the diffrence between each one but which one is 3 LB and 4 Linemen

I like the Hyrbrid 4-3/3-4 defense, Wtih Chris Long and Jason Taylor We can alternate who stands up in move around.
 
3-4 I love it, because in a 3-4 LB'ers need speed, and I love speedy LB'ers that have strength.

I like the 3-4 defense because the confusion that it causes among offenses makes it well worth it. I like Wade Phillips' one gap version of the 3-4 because it allows everyone to rush the passer. It takes the best elements of both defenses and allows everyone on the D to make plays.
