Or it could mean that the AFC-East Offenses are really bad. :D

Or are the AFC-East Offenses not as good as they could be because of the Defenses?

Or am I just tried and looking for anything that will take my mind off of Denver currently winning 28-17 against Indy? :D

It's no joke. The AFC East plays great D (aside from the Jets). Indy is for real. Buffalo is for real. And we usually are for real.
