3 out of the 4 Next games

That's certainly true, but it's as close to a sure bet as there can be.

14 points in both games were attributed to one Special Teams goof, and a late score on Prevent defense.
It's not like both teams shredded the Jets Defense.
Plus the Jets lit up the Bengals, and have a better Defense than they do. If you couldnt move the ball against them, you arent going to have much luck against the Jets. You can go ahead and think you have a good chance, but realistically you dont.
yeh the jets D is sooo good, i means seriously guys they only let the Chargers score 28 points. thats nothing at all...comon man.

It's actually 21 (7 came on a Kick Return, which doesnt count on the Defense), but whatever. Think what you want.
And if not for a bad call, it's 14. (McGraw got a flag for a helmet first hit, and it was not)

If our O-line improves, and get a few key players back from injury, we should beat the Steelers, and Bills, and have a good shot at beating the Jets (Even with all the players we lost, we still have more talent then them) at home. The Patriots will be the toughest, considering they are probably the best coached them In football, and will be at home.

Our biggest problem is O-line, if this improves, so will our chances at being successful in games, and yes maybe still make the playoffs.....don't see us going any further then that though, not this year anyway.

I'm sorry,i know a reply like this belongs in the smack area but if you think that your team has more talent than the Jets you are nothing short of a moron and you should go start watching golf instead of football.

Lets just hope that Feeley shows improvement from game to game.

People keep harping on the offensive line, but Feeley has to learn not to throw the ball up for grabs. He has to protect that football.

With a new QB, RB, offensive line and WR....you cannot expect them to all be in tune this quickly considering that the WR and RB were just added.

The next 4 games are all losses with the toughest to swallow being the one to Pittsburgh. After next week's loss...even the most crazed fan smoking Ricky weed will realize our fate.

Pittsburgh's defense will be relentless in it's attack on Feeley. He will throw more picks in this game....maybe 3. The offensive line will continue to look as worse as it did against the Bengals due to the Steelers playing 3-4.....a very tough defense to account for where the blitz is coming from.

Stock the bar with some good stuff!!

Wow! That warrants ignore? The Jets are a much more talented team at this point. It is a fact. That's what you get ignored for? Wow. I guess it's more of a sensitive time over here than i thought.:boohoo:

....i dont think he can see that:tongue: .

I think we can pull it together! Here's why. The coaching hopefully adapt and over come. On defense we need to make up for Chester, and Bowens if he is out. We will need to have in the box to protect against the run when possible. We will need to be creative, and do more cb, safety blitzes to assist the line, and confuse the offense.

On the offense we need give our quarterback time with shotgun formations, Roll out for max protection, keep a back in for more protection. Also go to two tight end sets to help the line. If Lee doesn't get better on his penalties and play, is Byron Chamberlin still available who the Broncos let go? Another plus will DMac in the lineup. Also would Carey hurt us at this point? I don't think so give the kid some snaps, and let him learn in real game action, what do we have to lose. Last but not least, if Jamie Nails knees are okay why not bring him or Ruddy back for veteran leadership to help mold the youngsters?

Just some thoughts.:cooldude:
