In the waning moments of blowout loss to Titans Ryan Tannehill threw an interception to seal the game. It was his 7th of the season and the teams 11th turnover in 5 games. Our turnover ratio at that time was -7 and we were sitting at (1-4). That was almost a month ago.

We haven't turned the ball over since. Almost 200 offensive plays without giving the ball up. Turnover ratio is now -3. Ryan is back on pace to have less than 1 int per game. It has resulted in a 3 game winning streak. Good recovery team!

We are currently doing a lot of little things right that make a big difference in the outcome. This is certainly one of them and a crucial aspect of the game. Nice highlight here.

Also points to coaching. Just wish we'd clean up the penalties.

I consider the fumbled punt yesterday a turnover. It's a turnover on downs but a turnover nonetheless and it resulted in a TD for the Jets who took the lead 23-20.

Very good point...not to complain, but we do need to generate more TO's! With none in the last 3, it would have been great to move the needle to positive for the year. Some is luck...wake has 2 strip sacks yesterday and the muffed punt, but the ball ended up with the Jets for all 3...

That is true, but I have to say I was holding my breath some yesterday realizing we had done a good job on offense the last few games not turning the ball over. Thought maybe someone might hit Ajayi just right and cause a fumble. We got lucky with that pass on third down in the red zone where the defender jumped the route and would have had a pick 6 if he had held on.

Good stats. Too many penalties though. The Branch horsecollar on 3rd and 12 and the block in the back on the Grant TD were daggers.

We do have to stop with the dumb penalties. I know we're going to have some penalties but that push on the back had nothing to do with the play and the horse collar was dumb. He was going nowhere anyway as we had two other guys ready to make the tackle. Can't do that on the road and expect to win

Ozzy rules!!

Yup, it's nice to not have turnovers, but alot of these penalties are effectively turnovers. Opponent should be punting but instead getting a first down. It's hard enough to stop a team in 3 downs once on a drive without having to do it all over again.

Phillips had the INT yesterday and the jets did fumble, we just didn't recover them.

No, they consider it a failed 4th down attempt since he tried to run with the ball.

Got it. Similar to a muffed or blocked field goal attempt being also considered a turnover on downs as opposed to being an official turnover (fumble or interception).

But clearly the muff cost 50 yards of field position and had the effect of a turnover.

Yup, that was my point...would have been nice to get one of the 3 balls that the Jets put on the ground.

Did anyone realize that Ajayi fumbled on his first carry? I completely missed it live.

(8:26) 23-J.Ajayi left guard to MIA 22 for -3 yards (99-S.McLendon). FUMBLES (99-S.McLendon), and recovers

Yeah, that had me a little worried as we were closing out the game considering he had a few troubles earlier this season, but Ajayi did a solid job to finish.
