Not sure if this has been posted yet, but Hank Goldberg has predicted that the Dolphins will fire Wannstedt sometime after the New England game
 
really? do you have a link? what did he say exactly? this might be credible news.. hanks has a good rep
 
what exactly did he say? did he say anything in respect to who will take over as head coach?

wow i wasn't expecting that i firgured they would let him ride the season out.
if he gets fired before the season is over ill be shocked
 
He said. The Dolphins in the next three weeks play the Steelers, the Jets, and the Patriots. Then they have the bye. I think there will be a lot of bye byes then.

I understand their bye week is week 10, not 6. I don't know if he got it wrong or not, but he seems to have hinted that he might be fired if they do bad

For once, I hope he is right-on. My question is....why wait til then? After watching that fiasco on the sidelines Sunday night....Wanny looked lost and so did his staff every time they showed them....I'd say go ahead and do it now!
 
I said at Phinzone this past offseason that Wanny would be axed by week 8.....Hank has almost solidyfied it!!
