Seeing as how Randy Johnson just got to 300 wins the next closest is Moyer who is like 74 and still 30 short or something, do you guys see anyone ever hitting that mark again..
I personally think it will be a long time.
I dont see how Randy could still throw a baseball

Won't happen for a very, very long time, if ever. With the 5 man rotation and bullpen's, I just can't see it happening.

Strasburg will win 600 games for the Nats. Book it

The Nats franchise might never win 600 games.

Besides for single pitcher to do it nowadays, in a era of pitch counts and five man rotations and five days rest, it's just too improbable. Also you have to look at the guys who've done it, Randy Johnson, Tom Glavine, Greg Maddux, Roger Clemens, all winning 300 because the pitched at a pretty solid level even into their late 30's and early 40's. Not a lot of guys can do that. Injuries can take their toll or age can just catch up. I don't think we're going to see many players from this generation pitching into their mid 40's.
