This teams is hot. But they have weaknesses.

They do not have a great defense and they can be ran on.

We will want to keep A Rogers off the field so we run the ball...a lot.

We run the ball well (we do run it well, 5.0 a attempt) and our best passing game comes from play action passes. Tannehill seems to be much better at it this season. And keep Tannehill running.

If we run the ball a lot, we win.

173 yards on 37 rushes on an awful rush defense is not good

I dunno. 173 rushing yards probably won't cut it. We have to get 181.3 .....

4.67 per attempt ain't bad, as long as tannehill has over 200 passing yards, couple td's, no turnovers, over 8 ypa...and the defense can stop gb from scoring td's every drive.

I can agree with the OP. We rush for those types of numbers it will probably be because we are ahead. I feel pretty confident about this game. Then again I felt good about the KC game also.

If we get the running game going they may not be able to stop it at all as they get worn out, especially with Pouncey at guard now. They haven't been good at stopping the run and they haven't been good at stopping the read option or the zone read. I would love to see us run every single down in the first half from all kinds of different formations including having Tannehill pull a Russell Wilson and make one read then take off.

If we rush it 37+ times we will probably win. If we throw it 37+ times we will probably lose

It doesn't matter really. We need TDs in the red zone, not rushing yards. Yes, we should run the ball a lot Sunday, but there is no number of rushing yards that means we will win.

I dont have alot of faith that we can win this game. Im not sure we can even be competitive in it.

We better not turn the ball over or it's going to get ugly. I can't see us winning but I hope we do. We also need to win on STs to have a chance.

I was doing my season on Madden, and I beat the Packers 38-14. So hopefully, this translates to real life. lol

I'm afraid that if Miami is running the ball well, "someone" will decide to stop running and focus on passing. It's happened before under Philbin. If it happens again and a likely win turns into a loss, then "someone" should be fired.

I would too. I would love it if we had the balls to just run it every single down in the first half, and if its working splendidly you would have to expect their half time adjustments would be to forget about the pass and just stop the run, at which point we should start passing more. If Tannehill can't hit single covered, or even wide open receivers in that scenario then why even have him in there at all?
