Funnier yet, the Bucs ha 1 yd to go on 3rd down and they threw (incomplete then a little while later they had 3rd and about 13 yds and ran the ball....how much sense was that?........

Nail meet hammer! It's PRE-SEASON, that's why they don't count. Sure you want to win, but as long as the starters are up when they leave the field, what's the difference.
