If Gruden does become our next HC...who're some candidates to become our next DC? because Gruden will most likely have us go back to a 4-3,which i'm totally fine with. Also,who do you guys think he'd bring in to be our new OC? or do any of you think he'd stick with Daboll?
 
I actually think most teams will revert back to a 4-3 with the rise of 4-5WR sets. It would be smart for us to get on that path soon.
 
I think we need to wait and see how the season plays itself out.

IF Nolan can regain control of the dominant defense, I think Gruden would consider keeping him on and his concept. It's not so easy to just jump from one defense to the other. Much more than just signing an extra DT and axing an MLB. Total personell make-over.

Also have to see what happens on Offense. I dont think Daboll would come back, but would have to see what other teams he could cherry pick from.
 
I know it's still early in the season,but i'm just trying to get a jump on things in case he does become our new HC.
 
When Gruden came to Tampa he kept on Monte Kiffin. Don't think Gruden cares one way or another about what systems his defense uses, as long as it works.

Gruden is a pure offense guy. He would can Daboll and probably run the majority of the offense himself, with an "offensive coordinator" around to help with gameplans and assorted duties.
