4 game winning streak?

The last time the Dolphins won 4 in a row was in 2008 when they did it twice with 4 game streak followed by 5 game winning streak to end the season.

Since then we have been on 3 game winning streak 5 times. Every time it has come to an end on the road.

6 of those 8 teams currently hold playoff spots if the season ended today. Need to join the big boys with 4 game streak this week and end this unfortunate string of events over the last decade.

I'm still hoping for the overdue big game from Tannehill to show up this week. That said if we win and he throws for 12 yards, I'll be happy...just don't see it happening vs the chargers.
 
Why is that everyone have this perception that the Dolphins cannot beat the Chargers?
They are a 3 - 5 team for a reason and coaching has to be better this week to exploit weaknesses.
We have to find a way to stop their RB and give Rivers no time. Not a walk in the park but very possible we beat them this Sunday.
 
Ehhh... history means nothing in this situation. Play tough the way you've been playing and you can win. Pretty plain and simple.
 
Consistently winning makes you better and it ultimately gets you where you want be. They want to win and I have been seeing it consistently these last 3 weeks and if they believe they can they will. They will. Their really figuring things out now. They do not panic. That there is a really good sign of willingness to do whatever it takes to win. Yes I do see a 4 game win streak. But, really for the team it will be just 1-0 and move on to the next. Its their mentality right now and they believe in there structure and game plans. If it fails they make adjustments and find a new way to win. There is never a guarantee in sports but, its up to them do their jobs, follow the script, put it all together, and come out with a win.

SD is sort of in the same boat as Miami in that they are both improving. SD would have been on a 4-0 win streak if not for a loss in Denver. A team they just beat two weeks prior. They also beat the Falcons who are no slouch. The Denver defense is nowhere near the dominant team they were last year (29th vs the run) and the rest of their wins came against suspect defenses.

Falcons 28th ranked in both yards and points allowed.
Titans 16th ranked in yards, 22nd in point.

The Dolphins are 17th ranked (16th points) but playing much better after swapping out starters.
 
If you look at the ending of those last 5 streaks you see the common item is not scoring points like we did in the previous 3 wins. 20 points is the highest we achieved in those 5 road losses. Hopefully we can do better on Sunday.
