Living in California, I am forced to watch the Raiders and Niners crap on our local news.. Since we're facing the 9ers this week, I watched the entire sports report and wanted to share with you the latest..

It seems that the players are in love Mike Singletary and Shaun Hill.. The local news reporter that has covered them for the last 20 years said the team has rallied around these two and it shows in their play over the last 3 weeks, where they won 3 outta 4.. He went on to say how the offensive players all believe in Shaun Hill.. blah blah blah..

On the injury front.. Frank Gore's twisted ankle injury was "quite severe" and if there is anyway possible for him to play in Miami, he will because thats his home town..

Also this last weekend two of their best WR's returned from injury reserve.. Battle and rookie Josh Morgan..

Lastly, they interviewed a few of the players and they all pretty much said they are ready for Miami and they look forward to winning one for Coach Singletary..

I'll keep you guys updated as the week progresses, but it looks like even tho the 9ers are out of the playoffs.. they come into town looking and expecting to win...

So they look forward to beating us? I guess the Dolphins have no say in the matter? I guess the Dolphins winning games and building confidence of their own has no relevance on this game. All I want is Miami to treat this game as if it's their last chance to make it in the playoffs....cause it really is, so this is the most important game of the year for them, Keep it rollin fellas.

Thanx for the info. The 9ers are my second favorite team behind the dolphins even though I wont be rooting for them this week

yea being out here most my friends are either 9er or raider fans a clean sweep this year would be sweet

Which news station were you watching?

The Chroncle played up the Emerald Bowl more than the 9ers win it seemed like.

Keep a close eye on the Frank Gore situation. He's one of the most instinctual backs out there and he has the ability to kill us in space, and the 49ers love to get him out there in space. If he doesn't play, that will go a LONG way toward winning the game.

Injured reserve or are they just returning from an injury? Last time I checked if you were on IR you were done for the year

Same here. The Niners are the favorite team of a very close friend of mine so I'll take a day off and we're watching this game together. Here's hoping the "right" team will win - and get a step closer to the division crown.

All i want this team thinking is winning this game. In all the comotion I dont see alot about whats really at stake here. Beating the 9ers garuntees the fins a winning season. A winning season something we havent had since nick saban. This would garuntee 9 wins. 9 wins with a rookie lt tackle, a qb we picked up right before preseason, and a rookie head coach. 9 wins garuntees we are the most improved team in the league.

We better win this game. Like the Raiders game I talked WAY too much **** and if we lose I'm gunna have to hide out for a little while

Thanks for the heads up, man I hope Gore doesn't play. I love the guy as a Canes fan, but I would really appreciate if he would sit this one out.

I wouldn't assume this is an easy game by any stretch. They controlled the T.O.P. against the jets and held Farve wo a touchdown. This is a diffferent team than the one that started the season.

Exactly. Gore is a major concern. Without him, they stand next to no chance of beating us IMO.
